Payments and Refunds:

For non-corporate accounts, individual clients are required to make advance payments. A full refund is available upon cancellation seven days prior to the scheduled delivery date. A 50% refund is applicable for cancellations made four days prior to the delivery date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than four days before the scheduled delivery date.
